My goal is to help you rekindle, explore and live your strengths and value as you restore from grief, loss or setbacks, or as you navigate complex parenting and family dynamics. As a trained, experienced life coach for women, I can provide a uniquely compassionate, safe and productive space to do just that.
Currently working towards a Master of Social Work, I have professional training in strengths development, grief and resilience, and attachment-based parenting. I'm also a survivor of abuse, a parent of children with disabilities, and a woman who has invested in the work to heal and succeed. I have the training and experience to help you connect with a renewed sense of yourself, your strengths, and your purpose.
Committing to healing and growth is just that – a commitment, and one that takes time. As your life coach, I'll work together with you to help you reconnect with your body, intuition, strengths and hope through practice, understanding, resources and support. In coaching groups, I'm committed to facilitating that same work within a safe, supportive growth-minded community.
Domestic violence in all its forms is a pattern of thinking and behavior used by one person to maintain power and control over another. If you or someone you know is experiencing the patterns pictured above, please reach out for help. Check out TheHotline.org or call your local women's shelter.
I'm also available as a life coach and victim advocate, able to help you create a safety plan, understand the effects abuse has had on you, and take steps to get safe and free.
